When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. We will not take payment from you if the goods you request are not available, and there will be no contract between us. We will not supply substitute goods without first contacting yourself to discuss the matter.

Our delivery charges are clearly detailed along with how to purchase goods. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly. We expect to deliver to you within a week and you will be advised if this is not the case.

You have a period of 7 days from receipt of the goods within which you can unconditionally cancel your order for a full refund, including any delivery costs. In this case you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods and they must be in the same condition that you received them in. The packaging that you use must be adequate for this purpose. You must inform us within the 7 day period that you have chosen to cancel your purchase with us.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed. If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
